显微血管减压术中神经电生理监测对原发性面肌痉挛预后的影响

Influence of Neuroelectrophysiological Monitoring on Prognosis of Primary Hemifacial Spasm during Microvascular Decompression

摘要 目的:分析显微血管减压术(MVD)中神经电生理监测对原发性面肌痉挛(HFS)预后的影响。方法:选取2020年10月—2023年10月阳光融和医院收治的原发性HFS患者60例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予MVD手术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予术中神经电生理监测。比较两组临床疗效及并发症发生率。结果:两组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);观察组术后复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:MVD术后神经电生理监测治疗原发性HFS效果较好,能够降低术后并发症发生率及复发率。 Objective:To analyze the effect of neuroelectrophysiological monitoring during microvascular decompression(MVD)on prognosis of primary hemifacial spasm(HFS).Methods:Sixty patients with primary HFS admitted to Weifang Sunshine Ronghe Hospital from October 2020 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with thirty patients in each group.The control group was given MVD surgery,and the observation group was given intraoperative neuroelectrophysiological monitoring.The clinical efficacy and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P=0.001);the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Neuroelectrophysiological monitoring after MVD is effective in the treatment of primary HFS,which can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence.
