早期介入语言训练在脑卒中合并失语患者中的应用效果

摘要 目的:研究早期介入语言训练在脑卒中合并失语患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年2月—2022年2月贵阳市第二人民医院收治的脑卒中合并失语患者86例作为观察对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各43例。两组发病后均进行基础训练,时间为1年。对照组发病后6个月增加语言训练,观察组发病后1个月进行语言训练。比较两组汉语标准失语症检查表评分、情绪状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、满意度。结果:治疗前,两组听理解、复述、说、朗读及阅读理解评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组听理解、复述、说、朗读及阅读理解评分升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组SAS、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组SAS、SDS评分降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.044)。结论:早期介入语言训练可促进脑卒中合并失语患者语言功能恢复,改善其情绪状态,提高满意度。 Objective:To study the effect of early intervention language training on stroke patients with aphasia.Methods:A total of eighty-six patients with stroke combined with aphasia admitted to Guiyang Second People's Hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the observation objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with forty-three cases in each group.Both groups received basic training for 1 year after onset.Language training was added 6 months after the onset of the disease in the control group,and 1 month after the onset of the disease in the observation group.The score of Chinese standard aphasia checklist,emotional state[Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)]and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in listening comprehension,paraphrasing,speaking,reading aloud and reading comprehension scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of listening comprehension,paraphrasing,speaking,reading aloud and reading comprehension increased in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.044).Conclusion:Early intervention of language training can promote the recovery of language function,improve the emotional state and improve the satisfaction of stroke patients with aphasia.
