美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗冠心病合并室性心律失常的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Metoprolol Combined with Wenxin Granule in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Ventricular Arrhythmia

目的:观察美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗冠心病合并室性心律失常的临床效果。方法:选取2022年4月—2023年8月单县中心医院收治的冠心病合并室性心律失常患者124例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为参照组和试验组,各62例。参照组采用美托洛尔治疗,试验组采用美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗。比较两组心功能、炎性因子、中医证候积分、不良反应发生率。结果:治疗前,两组左心室舒张末期直径(LVESD)、左心室收缩末期直径(LVEDD)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组LVESD、LVEDD水平降低,LVEF水平升高,试验组LVESD、LVEDD水平低于参照组,LVEF水平高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平及中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组hs-CRP、IL-6水平及中医证候积分降低,试验组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗冠心病合并室性心律失常效果较好,能够改善患者的心功能,控制炎性反应,改善临床症状,安全性好。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of metoprolol combined with Wenxin granule in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with ventricular arrhythmia.Methods:A total of 124 patients with coronary heart disease combined with ventricular arrhythmia admitted to Shanxian Central Hospital from April 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the reference group and the experimental group by random number table method,with 62 cases in each group.Reference group was treated with metoprolol,experimental group was treated with metoprolol combined with Wenxin granule.Cardiac function,inflammatory factors,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,LVESD and LVEDD levels decreased and LVEF levels increased in the two groups,and LVESD and LVEDD levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group,while LVEF levels were higher than those in the reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,IL-6 and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores in two groups were decreased,and the experimental group was lower than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Metoprolol combined with Wenxin granule is effective in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with ventricular arrhythmia,which can improve the cardiac function of patients,control inflammatory response,improve clinical symptoms and have good safety.
