妇科千金片辅助治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Fuke Qianjin Tablets in the Adjuvant Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的:分析妇科千金片辅助治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年1月呼和浩特市妇幼保健院收治的慢性盆腔炎患者66例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为参照组与研究组,各33例。参照组采用常规治疗,研究组在参照组基础上采用妇科千金片治疗。比较两组治疗效果、炎性指标、免疫功能指标、血液流变学指标、不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0394)。治疗后,两组超敏C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平降低,研究组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平高于治疗前,CD8^(+)水平低于治疗前,研究组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平高于参照组,CD8^(+)水平低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原水平降低,研究组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0456)。结论:妇科千金片辅助治疗慢性盆腔炎可以提高治疗效果,减轻炎性反应,改善免疫功能及血液流变学指标,不良反应较少。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Fuke Qianjin tablets in the adjuvant treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:Sixty-six patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to Hohhot Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected for the study,and were divided into the reference group and the study group,each of which consisted of thirty-three cases by using the method of randomized numerical table.The reference group was treated with conventional treatment,and the study group was treated with Fuke Qianjin tablets on the basis of the reference group.The two groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,inflammatory indexes,immune function indexes,blood rheology indexes and incidence of adverse reactions.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0394);after treatment,the levels of ultrasensitive C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,and tumor necrosis factor-αwere reduced in the two groups,and the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the level of CD8^(+)was lower than before treatment,and the levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the level of CD8^(+)was lower than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen levels were reduced in both groups,and the study group was lower than the reference group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.0456).Conclusion:Fuke Qianjin tablets assisted treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the inflammatory reaction,improve the immune function and blood rheology indexes,and have fewer adverse reactions.
