综采工作面液压支架回撤装置的设计及应用分析

摘要 在采煤工作面中有很多的液压支架,这些支架大多体积占比大,且自身重量较大,对回撤的效率有直接的影响。在当前的液压支架回撤作业中,采用的多为绞车与滑车联合的拆除方式,这种传统的拆装方式,需要多次拆装绞车,导致整体的拆除效率非常低,无法与现代化回采速度进行适配,达不到当前工作面的回采需求,所以传统的液压直接回撤工艺已经无法进行工作面接替生产,需要进行重新设计,以满足当前工作面的回采要求。文章以某工作面为例,对传统液压支架回撤工艺进行了概述,分析了当前液压支架回撤装置设计过程,同时进行了试验,结果发现回撤效率明显更高,最后还讨论了支架回撤安全技术的相关措施。 There are many hydraulic supports in the coal mining face,and most of these supports account for a large volume and have a large weight,which has a direct impact on the efficiency of retraction.In the current hydraulic support retraction operation,adopt the dismantling mode of winch and pulley combination,this traditional disassembly and assembly mode,need to disassemble and assemble winch many times,cause the overall dismantling efficiency is very low,can not be adapted with the modern mining speed,can not reach the mining demand of the current working face,so the traditional hydraulic direct retraction process has been unable to carry out the working face replacement production,and needs to be redesigned to meet the mining requirements of the current working face.Taking a working face as an example,this paper summarizes the traditional hydraulic support retraction process,analyzes the current design process of hydraulic support retraction device,and conducts experiments at the same time,and finds that the retraction efficiency is significantly higher,and finally discusses the relevant measures of support retraction safety technology.
