水泥稳定碎石结构与材料抗裂技术应用研究

摘要 针对目前一级公路,高速公路普遍采用的水泥稳定碎石基层易出现收缩裂缝的问题,根据贝雷法和主骨料空隙填充法确定了一种间断级配的抗裂型水泥稳定碎石基层材料,并对该抗裂型水泥稳定碎石基层材料进行了配合比设计,通过试验得到了合成级配以及一系列强度指标,在试验段中进行验证。 Aiming at the problem that the cement stabilized gravel base layer commonly used in primary roads and motorways is prone to shrinkage cracks,a kind of crack-resistant cement stabilized gravel base layer material with intermittent grading is determined according to the Bailey method and the main aggregate void filling method,and the proportion design of the crack-resistant cement stabilized gravel base layer material is carried out,and a series of synthetic grading and strength indexes are obtained by the tests,which are verified in the experimental section.
