生物芯片技术及应用

摘要 生物芯片包括基因芯片、蛋白质芯片、芯片实验室三大领域,生物芯片的产生给现代生物技术带来了巨大的革命。目前生物芯片技术已广泛应用于基因表达谱分析、新基困发现、疾病诊断、药物筛选、基因测序等各个领域,并将在生命科学、医学、化学、新药开发、生物武器、司法鉴定、食品与环境监督等众多领域得到广泛应用。 Biochip technology contains three fields which is genechip 、 proteinchip and chip laboratory. Biochip brings a tremendous revolution on modern biotechnology .And now, the biochip have been used in gene expression 、 discovery of new gene 、 illness diagnosis 、 screening medcines and gene sequence analysis, and would be widely utilized in biology、 medicine 、 chemistry 、 the war of bioweapons、 food and enviroment supervision etc.
