摘要
系统梳理2021年度陕西省图书馆办证导读岗位业务进展,全面自查工作中存在的各类问题,深度分析问题原因和影响,结合实际提出改进建议,以全面提升办证导读服务面貌,切实促进业务发展。
This paper comprehensively review the business progress of the library card issuance and guidance positions in Shaanxi Library in 2021 with a thorough self-examination of various issues existing in the work,and deeply analyzes the causes and impacts of the problems,proposes improvement suggestions based on the actual situation,in order to comprehensively enhance the service quality of library card issuance and guidance,and effectively promote business development.
