二十年来中国近代警察史研究综述

A Survey of the Research on Modern Police History in the Past 20 Years

近二十年来,近代警察史研究蓬勃发展,在警察制度、职权、法律、教育等方面均有新的突破。研究方法和研究资源的拓展、相关研究机构和警察博物馆的陆续创建都极大地便利了我国警察史研究。当然,在获得丰硕成果的同时,仍有一些相对薄弱的方面,如警管区制的研究等还需要进一步深入探索。总结近年来近代警察史研究成果,全面分析当前研究动向并指明其中的薄弱环节,有助于进一步拓宽思路,对深化近代警察史的研究具有十分重要的意义。

In the past 20 years,the study of modern police history has developed vigorously,and new breakthroughs have been made in the aspects of police system,authority,law,education and so on.The development of relevant research methods and materials,as well as the establishment of research institutions and police museums,greatly facilitated the study of police history and promoted the expansion of the research field.Of course,there are still some relatively weak aspects,such as the study of the police district system,which need to be further explored.It is of great significance to deepen the research of modern police history by summarizing the research achievements in recent years,analyzing the current research trends and pointing out the weak links.
