加速康复外科护理理念在腹腔镜下低位直肠癌根治保肛术中的应用

Application of Enhanced Recovery after Surgery Nursing Concept in Laparoscopic Assisted Radical Anus-retained Operation with Low Rectal Cancer

目的:探讨加速康复外科(ERAS)护理理念在腹腔镜下低位直肠癌根治保肛术中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月1日~2022年2月28日住院治疗的35例低位直肠癌患者为对照组,给予常规围术期护理;选取2022年3月1日~2023年4月30日住院治疗的35例低位直肠癌患者为观察组,给予ERAS护理理念的干预护理;所有患者均行腹腔镜下低位直肠癌根治保肛术。比较两组术后首次排气时间、术后首次排便时间、术后恢复饮食时间、平均住院时间及并发症发生率。结果:观察组术后首次排气时间、术后首次排便时间、术后恢复饮食时间、平均住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对腹腔镜下低位直肠癌根治保肛术患者实施ERAS护理理念,可促进患者术后恢复。

Objective:To investigate the effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)nursing concept in laparoscopic assisted radical anus-retained operation with low rectal cancer.Methods:A total of 35 patients with low rectal cancer who were hospitalized from January 1,2021 to February 28,2022 were selected as the control group,and routine perioperative care was given.Additional 35 patients with low rectal cancer who were hospitalized from March 1,2022 to April 30,2023 were selected as the observation group and received ERAS nursing intervention nursing.All patients underwent laparoscopic assisted radical anus-retained operation with low rectal cancer.The time of first postoperative exhaust,time of first postoperative defecation,time of postoperative dietary recovery,average hospital stay,and incidence of complications were compared between two groups.Results:The observation group had shorter postoperative first exhaust time,first defecation time,postoperative dietary recovery time,and average hospital stay time compared to those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was low with that in the control group,but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of ERAS nursing model for patients undergoing laparoscopic assisted radical anus-retained operation with low rectal cancer can promote postoperative recovery.
