综述了化妆品个性化服务的发展历程、市场现状并对比了不同国家化妆品个性化服务的法规现状。对化妆品个性化服务开展过程中企业、监管机构和消费者的关注要点提出建议,以期为化妆品个性化服务的发展和创新提供参考。
This paper summarizes the development and market status of cosmetics personalized service,and compares the current laws and regulations of cosmetics personalized service in different countries.It puts forward suggestions on the key points of enterprises,regulators and consumers during the development of personalized cosmetics service,in order to provide references for the development and innovation of personalized cosmetics service.
