财务工作是高校管理工作的重要组成部分。财务人员是财务工作的承担者和财务改革的直接参与者。财务队伍的素质状况如何,直接影响财务工作水平和效能.但当前高校财务队伍的现状却不容乐现,加强高校财务队伍建设已成当务之急。

Financial affairs are the important components of tertiary institution management. Finance persommel are the undertakers of financial affairs and direct participants of financial reforms, the qualities of whom influence s the level and efficiency of financial work directly. However, the present conditions of finance contingent at tertiary institutions are not satisfactory, and the strengthening of finance contingent construction has become an immenent task.
