摘要
矮蕉品种(系)的培育与推广有助于减少台风损失及降低劳动力、物资成本,提高产业效益,前期已筛选、培育了一批矮蕉品种(系),具备推广潜力,但组培、快繁的效率非常低,为此,开展矮蕉品种(系)组织培养技术的筛选和优化,以推进矮蕉品种(系)的应用。结果表明:矮蕉品种(系)启动增殖、继代培养、生根培养所需的植物生长调节剂水平均低于常规对照品种巴西蕉;巴西蕉最适宜的植物生长调节剂组合为4.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA(启动增殖)、3.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA(继代培养)、0.3 mg/L NAA(生根培养);矮蕉品种(系)的最佳植物生长调节剂组合为1.0~2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.05~0.1 mg/L NAA(启动增殖)、1.0~2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.05~0.1 mg/L NAA(继代培养)、0.1~0.2 mg/L NAA(生根培养),诱导率、增殖率、有效芽率及根系发育均接近巴西蕉。研究结果有助于矮蕉品种(系)组培苗的生产、外源植物生长调节剂调控技术的研发与应用以及矮蕉品种的推广。
The cultivation and promotion of dwarf banana varieties(lines)are helpful to reduce typhoon losses,reduce labor and material costs,and improve industrial efficiency.A number of dwarf banana varieties(lines)have been screened and cultivated in the early stage,which have the potential for promotion,but the efficiency of tissue culture and rapid propagation is very low.Therefore,the screening and optimization of tissue culture technology of dwarf banana varieties(lines)are carried out to promote the application of dwarf banana varieties(lines).The results showed that the level of plant growth regulators for initiating proliferation,sub-culture and rooting culture of dwarf banana varieties(lines)was lower than that of conventional control variety‘Baxijiao’.The optimum combination of plant growth regulators for‘Baxijiao’were 4.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA(initiating proliferation),3.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA(sub-culture),0.3 mg/L NAA(rooting culture),while the optimum combination of plant growth regulators for dwarf banana varieties(lines)were 1.0~2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.05~0.1 mg/L NAA(initiating proliferation),1.0~2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.05~0.1 mg/L NAA(sub-culture),0.1~0.2 mg/L NAA(rooting culture),the induction rate,proliferation rate,effective bud rate and root development were close to‘Baxijiao’.The research results will be helpful to the production of tissue culture seedlings of dwarf banana varieties(lines),the development and application of exogenous plant growth regulators regulation technology,and the promotion of dwarf banana varieties.
