摘要
成果导向教育即OBE是一种卓有成效的工程人才培养教育理念。本文从对“机械制造基础”课程进行OBE改造出发,紧紧围绕OBE四个核心问题,结合作者在课程OBE改造亲身感受,另辟蹊径,阐述课程OBE改造对教师能力持续提升的影响。
Outcome Based Education,also known as OBE,is an effective educational concept for cultivating engineering talents.Starting from the OBE reform of the course "Fundamentals of Mechanical Manufacturing",this article closely revolves around the four core issues of OBE,and combines the author's personal experience in the OBE reform of the course to explore a new way to explain the impact of OBE reform on the continuous improvement of teachers' abilities.
