术中正性暗示对腹腔镜手术患者术中应激反应及术后疼痛的影响

The Effect of Intraoperative Positive Suggestion on Intraoperative Stress Response and Postoperative Pain in Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Surgery

目的 探讨术中正性暗示对腹腔镜手术患者术中应激反应及术后疼痛的影响。方法 选取2022年12月至2023年12月手术室行腹腔镜手术患者136例,使用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组68例。对照组患者术中接受常规操作与护理,观察组患者术中接受常规操作及术中正性暗示护理。记录术中患者应激状态指标,并比较患者心理状态,术后疼痛评分以及术后并发症。结果 观察组患者术中应激状态指标水平均低于对照组患者(P <0.05)。术后观察组患者阳性症状总分和广泛性症状总分高于对照组患者,阴性症状总分低于对照组患者(P <0.05)。治疗后,对照组中度及严重疼痛发生率更高,观察组无痛及轻微痛发生率更高(P <0.05)。对照组术后并发症发生低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 术中正性暗示能够有效改善患者的心理状态,减少负性情绪,且有助于减轻术后疼痛,以及降低术后并发症的发作风险。

Objective To exploring the effect of intraoperative positive suggestion on intraoperative stress response and postoperative pain in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 136 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in the operating room from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected.Divide into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method,with 68 cases in each group.The control group received routine procedures and care during surgery,while the observation group received routine procedures and positive suggestive care during surgery.The stress status indicators of the patients during surgery were recorded,and their psychological status,postoperative pain scores,and postoperative complications were compared.Results The levels of intraoperative stress state indexes of patients in the observation group were lower than those of patients in the control group(P<0.05).The total positive and extensive symptom scores of patients in the observation group were higher than those of patients in the control group after surgery,and the total negative symptom scores were lower than those of patients in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of moderate and severe pain was higher in the control group,and the incidence of no pain and mild pain was higher in the observation group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the control group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Intraoperative positive suggestion can effectively improve the psychological state of patients,and reduce negative emotions,and help to reduce postoperative pain,as well as reduce the risk of postoperative complications.
