外固定术后护理训练干预对胫腓骨远端螺旋形骨折患者疼痛评分及脚踝功能的影响

Effect of Postoperative Nursing Training Intervention After External Fixation on Pain Scores and Ankle Function in Patients with Distal Tibiofibular Spiral Fracture

目的 分析胫腓骨远端螺旋形骨折患者行外固定术后护理训练干预的效果。方法 选择2023年1月至2023年12月我院收治的胫腓骨远端螺旋形骨折患者90例,随机分为参照组(常规护理)、研究组(外固定术后护理训练干预),各45例,比较两组治疗效果。结果 干预后,研究组美国足与踝关节协会(AOFAS)、36项简明健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)、Barthel指数高于参照组,视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分低于参照组,并发症发生率低于参照组(P <0.05)。结论 外固定术后护理训练干预可改善胫腓骨远端螺旋形骨折患者的脚踝功能、生活质量,减轻疼痛并提高日常生活能力,减少并发症。

Objective To analyse the effect of nursing training intervention after external fixation in patients with distal tibiofibular spiral fracture.Methods A total of 90 patients with spiral fracture of distal tibiofibula admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the reference group(conventional care) and the study group(post-external fixation nursing training intervention),each of which had 45 cases,and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the American Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society(AOFAS),short form 36 health survey questionnaire(SF-36) and Barthel Index of the study group were higher than that of the reference group,the visual analogue scale(VAS) score was lower than that of the reference group,and the complication rate was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Post-external fixation nursing training intervention can improve ankle function,quality of life,reduce pain and improve daily living ability,and reduce complications in patients with distal tibiofibular spiral fracture.
