基于危机管理理念的精细化护理在急诊脑外伤术后患者中的应用效果

The Effect of Refined Care Based on Crisis Management Concept in Patients After Emergency Brain Trauma

目的 探讨基于危机管理理念的精细化护理在急诊脑外伤术后患者中应用效果。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年1月我院收治的100例急诊脑外伤患者作为研究对象,根据护理干预不同将患者分为两组,对照组采用常规急诊护理,研究组采用基于危机管理理念的精细化护理,比较患者术后神经功能、昏迷程度、功能障碍情况、护理质量、护理满意度情况。结果 护理前,两组神经功能评分、昏迷程度评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,研究组神经功能评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组功能障碍发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组护理质量评分高于对照组低(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于危机管理理念的精细化护理在急诊脑外伤术后患者中的应用效果显著,患者神经功能得到显著改善,同时昏迷程度较轻,而且功能障碍发生率较少,通过临床精细化护理的开展,护理质量明显提升,得到医护患认可。

Objective To explore the application effect of refined nursing care based on the concept of crisis management in postoperative patients with traumatic brain injury in emergency medicine.Methods A total of 100 cases of emergency traumatic brain injury patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and the patients were divided into two groups of 50 cases each according to the different nursing methods.The control group used conventional emergency care,and the study group used refined care based on the concept of crisis management to compare the neurological function,degree of coma,dysfunction,quality of care,and satisfaction with care in the two groups.Results Before care,the difference between the two groups in the comparison of neurological function scores and coma degree scores was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After care,the neurological function score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of functional disorders in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of care score of the study group was higher than the low of the control group(P<0.05).Nursing care satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of refined nursing care based on the concept of crisis management in postoperative patients with traumatic brain injury in the emergency clinic has a remarkable effect,the patients' neurological function has been significantly improved,and at the same time,the degree of coma is lighter,and the incidence of dysfunctions is less,and the quality of nursing care has been significantly improved through the implementation of the clinical refined nursing care,which has been recognized by the medical and nursing patients.
