思维导图教学法联合mini-CEX评价模式在护理实习生临床带教中的应用效果

摘要 目的 探究在护理实习生临床带教中实施思维导图教学法联合迷你临床演练(Mini-CEX)评价模式的应用效果。方法 选取2020年4月至2023年4月我院90名护理实习生作为研究对象,按照入院实习时间将其分为对照组(2020年4月至2021年10月)与观察组(2021年11月至2023年4月),各45名。对照组给予常规带教模式,观察组在对照组基础上给予思维导图教学法联合mini-CEX评价模式,比较两组自我导向能力、出科考核成绩(理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩)及教学满意度。结果 干预后,观察组自我导向能力各维度评分及总分、理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩、教学满意度高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论 思维导图教学法联合mini-CEX评价模式干预可明显提高护理实习生的自我导向能力、出科考核成绩及教学满意度。 Objective To explore the application effect of mind mapping teaching combined with mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX) in clinical teaching of nursing interns.Methods A total of 90 nursing interns in our hospital from April 2020 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group(April 2020 to October 2021) and the observation group(November 2021 to April 2023) according to the time of admission to internship,each with 45 students.The control group was given the conventional teaching mode,and the observation group was given the mind map teaching method combined with mini-CEX evaluation mode on the basis of the control group,comparing the two groups' selfdirected ability,discharge assessment scores(theoretical assessment scores,operation assessment scores) and teaching satisfaction.Results After the intervention,the scores and total scores of the dimensions of self-directed ability,theoretical assessment scores,operational assessment scores,and teaching satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Thinking guide teaching method combined with mini-CEX evaluation model intervention can significantly improve nursing interns' self-directed ability,discharge assessment results and teaching satisfaction.
