电生理适宜技术在自发性气胸患者视频辅助胸腔镜手术后快速康复中的应用研究

Application of electrophysiological appropriate techniques in rapid rehabilitation of patients with spontaneous pneumothorax after video assisted thoracoscopic surgery

摘要 目的:分析电生理适宜技术低频电刺激在自发性气胸(SP)患者视频辅助胸腔镜手术(VATS)后快速康复中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年8月收治的自发性气胸患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。两组均行VATS治疗,对照组术后实施常规管理,观察组在此基础上应用电生理适宜技术低频电刺激进行治疗。比较两组康复时间(肛门排气时间、引流管拔管时间、住院时间)、肺功能[用力肺活量(FVC)、1s用力呼气容量(FEV1)、最大通气量(MVV)、血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))]、疼痛评分(Prince-Henry评分)、并发症发生情况。结果:观察组肛门排气时间、引流管拔管时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组肺功能指标(FVC,FEV1,MVV,SpO_(2))高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗3 d和7 d后,观察组Prince-Henry评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(5.00%)与对照组(12.50%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:电生理适宜技术应用于SP患者VATS术后有利于缩短肛门排气时间、引流管拔管时间、住院时间,促进肺功能恢复,缓解呼吸、咳嗽时疼痛症状,并且不增加并发症风险。 Objective:To analyze the application effect of electrophysiological appropriate techniques in rapid recovery of patients with spontaneous pneumothorax(SP) after video assisted thoracoscopic surgery(VATS).Methods:This study aims to design a prospective randomized controlled trial.The study subjects were confirmed as spontaneous pneumothorax patients admitted to the thoracic surgery department of our hospital from January 2022 to August 2023.Using a random number table method,80 patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 patients in each group.Both groups received VATS treatment,while the control group received routine management after surgery.The observation group received treatment using appropriate electrophysiological techniques and low-frequency electrical stimulation on this basis.The recovery time(anal exsufflation time,extubation time,hospitalization time),pulmonary function [forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),maximal ventilation volume(MVV),oxygenation volume(SpO_2)],pain score(Prince-Henry score),and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The time of anal exsufflation,extubation and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the pulmonary function indexes(FVC,FEV1,MVV,SpO_2) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Prince-Henry score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the complication rate of the observation group(5.00%) was lower than that of the control group(12.50%),there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of electrophysiological techniques in SP patients after VATS surgery is beneficial for shortening the time for anal discharge,drainage tube removal,and hospitalization,promoting lung function recovery,alleviating pain symptoms during breathing and coughing,and not increasing the risk of complications.
