洁尔阴洗剂湿敷联合七参连湿疹膏外用在失禁性皮炎患者中的应用研究

Application of jieeryin lotion wet compress combined with qishenlian eczema cream in patients with incontinence dermatitis

目的:探讨洁尔阴洗剂湿敷联合七参连湿疹膏外用在失禁性皮炎患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2023年6月收治的失禁性皮炎患者102例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组51例。对照组单用洁尔阴洗剂湿敷治疗,观察组采用洁尔阴洗剂湿敷联合七参连湿疹膏外用治疗,比较两组疗效、愈合时间、皮肤评估及红肿面积。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,总体愈合时间少于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗7 d后会阴部位皮肤状况量表(PAT)、失禁性皮炎皮肤状况评分(SAT)均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗3 d,5 d,7 d后红肿面积小于治疗前,且观察组小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:洁尔阴洗剂湿敷联合七参连湿疹膏外用治疗失禁性皮炎疗效较好,可有效缓解患者症状,促进愈合。

Objective:To explore the application effect of wet compress of jieeryin lotion combined with qishenlian eczema cream in patients with incontinence dermatitis.Methods:A total of 102 patients with incontinence dermatitis hospitalized in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were prospectively selected as the study objects,and divided into study group and control group according to random number table,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with wet compress of jieeryin lotion alone,while the study group was treated with wet compress of jieeryin lotion combined with qisenlian eczema cream for external use.The curative effect,healing time,skin evaluation and redness area were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the overall healing time was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,perineal assessment tooi(PAT) scores and the incontinence dermatitis skin condition scoring instrument(SAT) scores in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group were lower than those of the control group after 7 days of treatment(P<0.05).The redness and swelling area of the study group was lower than that of the control group after 3 d,5 d and 7 d treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The wet compress of jieeryin lotion combined with qishenlian eczema ointment has a good effect on the treatment of incontinence dermatitis,which can effectively relieve the symptoms and promote healing.
