竹圈药灸治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效观察

Observation on curative effect of bamboo moxibustion on chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen and stomach weakness

目的:探讨竹圈药灸治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的效果。方法;选取2021年1月—2022年11月收治的80例脾胃虚弱型CAG患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用加味六君子汤联合胃复春片治疗,观察组在此基础上加用竹圈药灸。比较两组的临床疗效、中医主要症候积分、胃镜及病理组织学变化、不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月,两组中医主要症候积分、胃镜及病理组织学评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在常规中医治疗基础上加用竹圈药灸治疗脾胃虚弱型CAG效果显著,可有效减轻患者症状,改善胃镜及病理组织检查结果,且不增加不良反应。

Objective:To explore the effect of bamboo moxibustion on chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) with spleen and stomach weakness.Methods:All 80 patients with CAG with spleen and stomach weakness admitted to hospital from January 2021 to November 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with supplemented Liujunzi decoction and Weifuchun tablet,and the treatment group was treated with bamboo ring moxibustion on this basis.The clinical efficacy,TCM main syndrome scores,gastroscopy and histopathological changes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the scores of TCM main syndrome,gastroscopy and histopathology in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).During treatment,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional Chinese medicine treatment,the effect of bamboo moxibustion in the treatment of CAG with spleen and stomach weakness is significant,which can effectively reduce the symptoms of Chinese medicine,improve the results of gastroscopy and pathological examination,and do not increase the adverse reactions.
