强脉冲光治疗睑板腺功能障碍性干眼的作用机制

Mechanism of intense pulsed light in the treatment of dry eyes with meibomian gland dysfunction

目的:探讨强脉冲光治疗睑板腺功能障碍性干眼的作用机制。方法:选择2022年4月—2022年10月入院诊治的睑板腺功能障碍性干眼患者90例,根据随机对照法分为对照组(46例)和观察组(44例)。观察组予以强脉冲光治疗,对照组予以局部点滴玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗。分析两组治疗后的临床效果。结果:观察组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的睑板腺分泌物评分、主观症状评分、症状缓解时间和不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用强脉冲光治疗睑板腺功能障碍性干眼,可明显改善临床症状,促进病情康复,不良反应较少。

Objective:To observe the clinical mechanism of intense pulsed light therapy on meibomian gland dysfunction dry eyes.Methods:All 90 cases of meibomian gland dysfunctional dry eyes diagnosed and treated in our hospital from April 2022 to October 2022 were clinically selected,and were grouped according to the randomized control method.They were divided into control group(n=46) and observation group(n=44).The observation group was treated with intense pulsed light,and the control group was treated with local drops of sodium hyaluronate eye drops.The clinical effects of the two groups after treatment were analyzed.Results:Compared with the control group,the clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of meibomian gland secretion,subjective symptom score,symptom relief time and the incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of meibomian gland dysfunctional dry eyes with intense pulsed light can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,promote rapid recovery,and have fewer adverse reactions.
