延续性护理在糖尿病足清创术后患者中的应用效果

Application effects of continuous nursing in patients with diabetic foot after debridement

目的:观察延续性护理在糖尿病足清创术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2022年9月该院收治的72例糖尿病足患者进行前瞻性研究,以随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各36例。两组均开展清创术治疗,对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以延续性护理,比较两组护理前后自我管理能力[2型糖尿病患者自我管理行为问卷(2-DSCS)]评分、生命质量[修订的糖尿病生命质量量表(A-DQOL)]评分和护理满意度。结果:护理后,两组2-DSCS评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组A-DQOL评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为97.22%(35/36),高于对照组的75.00%(27/36),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上予以延续性护理可提高糖尿病足清创术后患者自我管理能力评分和护理满意度,降低生命质量评分,效果优于单纯常规护理。

Objective:To observe application effects of continuous nursing in patients with diabetic foot after debridement.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 72 patients with diabetic foot admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to September 2022.They were divided into observation group and control group by using the random number table method,36 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with debridement.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given continuous nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The scores of self-management ability[type 2 diabetes self-care scale(2-DSCS)],quality of life[audit of diabetes-dependent quality of life(A-DQOL)],and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results:After the nursing,the 2-DSCS scores of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing,that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the A-DQOL scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.22%(35/36),which was higher than 75.00%(27/36)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The continuous nursing on the basis of the routine nursing can improve the self-management ability scores and the nursing satisfaction of the patients with diabetic foot after debridement,and reduce the quality of life scores.Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
