基于微信平台的整合医学教学模式在国际留学生妇产科临床实习中的应用

Application of integrated medical teaching model based on wechat platform in clinical internship of obstetrics and gynecology for international students

目的探讨基于微信平台的整合医学教学模式在国际留学生妇产科临床实习中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2023年12月于首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院妇产科临床实习的79名国际留学生为研究对象。入组者均须按要求完成4周的妇产科实习。将研究对象按照随机数表法分为微信平台实习组(39名)及传统实习组(40名),其中传统实习组学生以带教老师的口头讲述以及教材学习为主,微信平台实习组在传统实习组基础上,增加微信平台的学习内容,主要包括基础理论、临床实践及以案例和问题为导向的学习模块,相关内容均以英文呈现,由妇产科教学干事或带教老师通过微信平台发送给学生。主要观察指标是两组学生的理论考核成绩和实践考核成绩,次要观察指标是两组同学在学习兴趣、自学能力、交流能力、对临床问题的理解深度、团队合作能力等五个方面的改善情况。结果微信平台实习组学生的理论考核成绩和实践考核成绩均高于传统实习组学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。微信平台实习组学生在学习兴趣、自学能力对临床问题的理解深度等三个方面的改善情况均明显优于传统实习组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于微信平台的整合医学教学模式在国际留学生妇产科临床实习中取得了良好效果,有助于国际留学生的培养,值得进一步推广使用。

Objective The study aims to explore the effect of an integrated medical teaching model based on WeChat platform in clinical internships in obstetrics and gynecology for international students.Method 79 international students who underwent clinical internships in obstetrics and gynecology at Beijing Tongren Hospital affiliated with Capital Medical University from January 2020 to December 2023 were randomly divided into a WeChat platform internship group(39)and a traditional internship group(40).The main observation indicators are the theoretical and practical assessment scores of the two groups of students,while the secondary observation indicators are the improvement of the two groups of students in five aspects:learning interest,self-learning ability,communication ability,depth of understanding of clinical problems,and teamwork ability.Results The theoretical and practical assessment scores of the experimental group students were higher than those of the control group students(P<0.05).The improvement of the experimental group students in three aspects,including learning interest,self-learning ability and depth of understanding of clinical problems,was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated medical teaching model based on WeChat platform has achieved good results in the clinical internship of obstetrics and gynecology for international students,which is helpful for the cultivation of international students and worthy of further promotion and use.
