摘要
目的本研究探讨巴特勒教学模式在分子生物学检验技术教学中的应用效果,为医学检验技术专业的人才培养提供依据。方法2021年9月至2023年1月,本研究选择某职业院校两个班级的84名学生为研究对象。实验组在分子生物学检验技术教学中采用巴特勒教学模式,对照组采用传统讲授模式。本研究通过期末成绩和满意度调查来评估教学效果。结果实验组的综合成绩为(94.15±3.52)分,明显高于对照组的测评成绩(84.98±6.36)分,实验组对巴特勒教学模式的评价较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论巴特勒教学模式能让教师更好地掌握学生学情,从而及时调整教学策略。该模式体现了以学生为中心的教学理念,有助于提高学生的学习参与度、主动性和获得感,切实提升人才培养质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of Butler's teaching mode in molecular biology testing technology and provide the basis for better training of medical laboratory technology professionals.Methods From September 2021 to January 2023,a total of 84 students from two classes in a vocational school were studied.The Butler teaching mode was adopted by the experimental group,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode.The teaching effect was evaluated through comprehensive results and a questionnaire survey.Results The overall score of the experimental group was 94.15±3.52,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(84.98±6.36).The experimental group positively rated the Butler teaching model;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Butler's teaching mode enables teachers to better understand students'learning situations,adjust teaching strategies timely,reflect the student-centered teaching concept,help to improve students'participation,initiative,and sense of gain in learning,and effectively improve the quality of talent training.
