自碳达峰、碳中和的目标提出以来,中国积极稳妥推进“双碳”工作,“双碳”目标已成为引领高质量发展的绿色引擎。作为实现“双碳”目标的一个基础性政策工具,碳市场目前已平稳运行了近三年。通过全省共同努力,山东圆满完成了两个履约周期的履约任务,为推动绿色低碳高质量发展凝聚起绿色新动能。
