“何人不爱牡丹花,占断城中好物华。”“唯有牡丹真国色,花开时节动京城。”“竞夸天下无双艳,独占人间第一香。”……历史上,吟咏牡丹的诗词有三千多首,歌赋文章、文学故事更是数不胜数,足见人们对牡丹的喜爱。在“中国牡丹之都”菏泽,广为流传的牡丹传说至今仍为人们所津津乐道,对牡丹的喜爱刻在了菏泽人的骨子里,牡丹也成为这座城市最具代表性的象征。2011年,牡丹传说入选第三批国家级非物质文化遗产名录。

In Heze,the“Peony Capital of China”,the widely-circulated peony legend has never failed to fascinate people.The peopleof Heze have etched their fondness for peony in their souls,so the peony has become the most iconic symbol of this city.In 2011,the peony legend was inscribed on the list of the third batch of national intangible cultural heritage.
