在一汽解放青岛汽车有限公司(以下简称“解放青汽”)总装配二车间看到,重达1吨的轻卡底盘在视觉引导下轻松实现翻转,整个过程仅2分钟,相较于人工绑带并控制翻转,效率提升了50%以上,准确度接近100%;而在前一个工序——后桥U型螺栓拧紧过程中,仅需要1名工人操作设备即可实现自动拧紧,未来可实现无人化作业,且准确率预计可达99%以上。以上两项技术是解放青汽的国内首创,也是解放青汽主动拥抱数字化、智能化转型的场景。新质生产力的“魔力”,在解放青汽随处可寻。
AtAssemblyPlantIIofFAW Jiefang Qingdao Automobile Ltd.Co.,we witnessed the effortless flipping of a 1-ton lightweight truck chassis under visual guidance and the process only took 2 minutes.Compared to manual binding and control,Al empowered process achieved over a 50%efficiency improvement with nearly 100%accuracy.In the preceding process of tightening the U-bolts of the rear axle,only one worker is needed to operate the equipment for automatic tightening,paving the way for future unmanned operations.It is estimated that this process can achieve an accuracy of over99%.
