海藻是地球上最古老的生物,它贯穿了这颗蓝色星球生命活动的全过程。有专家说,海藻是地球生物的活化石,生命最初的密码也许就藏在海藻当中。海藻是海洋中分布最广泛的物种,它每年为地球上的生物提供80%的氧气,对海洋生态群及地球生态圈影响最大,默默维系着生态平衡。而今,我们走进中国海藻科技馆,仔细研究一棵棵小小海藻,不大的“身躯”竟然有着多样的秘密,而由它开启一场与大海、与科学的奇妙际遇,着实令人期待。

Located in the West Coast New Area of Qingdao,the China Seaweed Museum spans over 2,000 square meters.It is the world's first marine technology museum,with its primary focus being the systematic presentation of the knowledge of seaweed and related alga industry across two distinct exhibition halls.
