The International Law Dimension of Building China's Autonomous Knowledge System

国际法学是中国自主知识体系建构的重要领域和关键方面。其构建不仅有助于贡献民族复兴和强国建设的伟业,而且有助于彰显当代中国负责任大国的国际形象。国际法学自主知识体系包含具体知识、知识模块和知识结构三个层面。就当代中国的文化自信和学术发展而言,需要在学科体系的拓展提升、学术体系的深化补强、话语体系的规划设计三个方面相互构建、彼此推进,回应国家重大战略需求。通过知识的完善化、个性化、体系化和人才队伍的持续化、专业化,向世界展示法治大国文明大国的形象。为此,不仅需要提升国际法学自主知识体系的信心与自觉,而且要妥善把握自主知识个性与普遍知识共性之间的平衡,通过拓展国际法学知识体系的视野和培养高水平的涉外法治人才来确立巩固和不断完善国际法学领域的自主知识体系。

International law is an important field and key aspect of China's autonomous knowledge system construction.This not only contributes to the great cause of national rejuvenation and the construction of a strong state,but also improve the international image of China as a responsible major state.The autonomous knowledge system in international law includes three aspects:specific knowledge,knowledge modules,and knowledge structure.In terms of cultural confidence and academic development in contemporary China,it is necessary to build and promote each other in three aspects:to expand and enhance academic disciplinary,to deepen and strengthen academic system,and to plan and design discourse system,in response to major national strategic needs.Through the refinement,personalization,systematization of knowledge,and the sustained and specialized talent team,we aim to showcase to the world the image of a rule of law and a civilized country.To this end,it is not only necessary to enhance the confidence and consciousness of the autonomous knowledge system of international law,but also to properly balance the individuality of autonomous with universal knowledge.By expanding the perspective of the international legal knowledge system and cultivating high-level foreign-related legal talents,we can establish,consolidate and continuously improve the autonomous knowledge system in the field of international law.
