放疗联盟链——基于区块链的放疗数据跨平台安全共享方案

摘要 目的 针对“放疗联盟链”思想,设计解决方案,实现联盟成员单位之间的放疗数据跨平台安全共享。方法 方案包括星际文件系统、联盟链和放疗数据开源可视化技术。将放疗数据暂存在星际文件中并产生唯一对应哈希值,采用属性加密技术对哈希值进行加密,使任何未经授权的访问者无法访问原始数据,由此实现隐私保护;将加密后的哈希值存储在区块链上,使用区块链数据不可篡改特点及联盟链通道数据隔离技术,实现放疗数据安全传输;以开源软件3DSlicer执行放疗靶区、剂量和射野信息的三维显示,避免因放疗单位所用计划系统不同而导致的兼容性问题,实现跨平台可视化。性能测试工具Caliper对放疗联盟链平台进行数据读取与写入测试;Hyperledger Explorer作为区块链浏览器执行区块链交易查看。结果 在测试速率固定为50 tps、负载控制策略固定为5 tps/s以及同一时间发起交易的工作者数量为2的情况下,随着写入交易的不断增多,交易成功率一直维持在100%,交易数据全部被记录到区块中。Hyperledger Explorer浏览器可用于实时查看区块链上每笔成功发送的交易,直观地了解交易详细信息,也可逐级查询交易流程,追溯交易详细信息。确保整个区块链系统的透明度。结论 “放疗联盟链”可有效、准确地实现放疗数据的跨平台安全共享。 Objective In response to the proposed concept of the"Radiotherapy Consortium Chain",to formulate a solution that facilitates secure cross-platform sharing of radiotherapy data among consortium member institutions.Methods The solution incorporated the InterPlanetary File System,Consortium Blockchain,and open-source radiation therapy data visualization technology.It involved temporarily storing radiation therapy data within the InterPlanetary File System,which generated a unique corresponding hash value.Attribute-based encryption techniques were then applied to encrypt this hash value,ensuring that unauthorized users were unable to access the original data to safeguard privacy.The encrypted hash values were subsequently stored on the consortium blockchain.Leveraging the blockchain's inherent immutability,along with the data isolation capabilities of the consortium chain channels,this method ensured the secure transmission of radiotherapy data.To achieve cross-platform visualization while avoiding compatibility issues arising from varying radiotherapy planning systems used by different units,we employed the open-source software 3DSlicer for a three-dimensional representation of target,dose,and field.This approach ensured seamless and consistent visualization across different platforms.Performance testing tool(Caliper)was used to conduct data reading and writing tests on the radiotherapy consortium chain platform;blockchain transaction viewing was performed by using Hyperledger Explorer as a blockchain browser.Results With a fixed test rate of 50 TPS,a fixed load control strategy of 5 TPS/s,and when the number of workers initiating transactions concurrently was 2,the transaction success rate had consistently remained at 100% as the number of writing transactions continued to increase,and all transaction data had been recorded in the blocks.Hyperledger Explorer can be used to view every successfully sent transaction on the blockchain in real time and intuitively understand the transaction details.It can also query the transaction process step by step and trace the transaction details,ensuring the transparency of the entire blockchain system.Conclusion The"Radiotherapy Consortium Chain"can effectively and accurately realize the cross-platform secure sharing of radiotherapy data.
