摘要
从干、湿法乙炔工艺全流程各工序的工艺参数、设备选型、电石单耗、系统能耗、物耗、安全环保等角度详细对比研究了2种工艺的差别,为电石法聚氯乙烯生产企业提供了工艺选择参考。
This article mainly compares and studies the differences between the two processes from the perspectives of process parameters,equipment selection,calcium carbide unit consumption,system energy consumption,material consumption,safety and environmental protection in the entire process of dry and wet acetylene processes,providing a basis for process selection for calcium carbide PVC production enterprises.
