西替利嗪联合孟鲁司特与布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘患儿的临床效果

Clinical effect of cetirizine combined with montelukast and budesonide in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma

目的观察西替利嗪联合孟鲁司特与布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘患儿的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2019年10月—2022年10月福建医科大学附属福州儿童医院收治的156例支气管哮喘患儿的临床资料,按照用药方案不同分为三联组和二联组,各78例。三联组给予西替利嗪联合孟鲁司特与布地奈德治疗,二联组给予孟鲁司特与布地奈德治疗,2组均连续治疗30 d。比较2组患儿临床康复指标,治疗前后第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)、呼气流量峰值(PEF)、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平。结果三联组喘息康复时间、咳嗽康复时间、呼吸困难康复时间、啰音消失时间均短于二联组(P<0.01);治疗30 d后,2组FEV_(1)、FVC、PEF高于治疗前,且三联组高于二联组(P均<0.01);2组CRP、PCT、IgE水平低于治疗前,且三联组低于二联组(P均<0.01)。结论西替利嗪联合孟鲁司特与布地奈德治疗可显著改善支气管哮喘患儿肺功能、炎性反应与致敏反应,促进患儿康复。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of cetirizine combined with montelukast and budesonide in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma.Methods The clinical data of 156 children with bronchial asthma treated in Fuzhou Children′s Hospital of Fujian Medical University from October 2019 to October 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different drug regimens,they were divided into three-drugs group and two-drugs group,78 cases in each group.The three-drugs group was treated with cetirizine combined with montelukast and budesonide,and the two-drugs group was treated with montelukast and budesonide.Both groups were treated for 30 days.The clinical rehabilitation indexes,FEV_(1),FVC,PEF,CRP,PCT,IgE levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of wheeze,cough,dyspnea and rales in the three-drugs group were shorter than those in the two-drugs group(P<0.01).After 30 days of treatment,the levels of FEV_(1),FVC and PEF in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the three-drugs group were higher than those in the two-drugs group(P<0.01).The levels of CRP,PCT and IgE in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the three-drugs group were lower than those in the two-drugs group(P<0.01).Conclusion Cetirizine combined with montelukast and budesonide can significantly improve pulmonary function,inflammatory reaction and sensitization in children with bronchial asthma,and promote the rehabilitation of children.
