香丹注射液联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗冠心病的临床效果

Clinical Efficacy of Xiangdan Injection Combined with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

目的观察香丹注射液联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗冠心病的临床效果及对患者相关指标的影响。方法选取2020年6月—2021年6月上饶市中医院急诊科收治的冠心病患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组予阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合香丹注射液治疗,2组均以4周为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后比较治疗效果,治疗后症状(呼吸困难、气促)改善时间、中医证候积分,治疗前后心功能指标[左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)和左室射血分数(LVEF)]、炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及脂联素(APN)]水平变化,以及不良反应。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的70.00%(χ^(2)=7.680,P=0.005);观察组呼吸困难与气促消失时间均明显短于对照组,中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后,2组LVESD与TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP、APN水平均较治疗前减小或下降,LVEF增加,且观察组减小、降低或增加的程度大于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);观察组不良反应总发生率为6.66%,低于对照组的30.00%(χ^(2)=5.455,P=0.020)。结论香丹注射液联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗冠心病的临床效果肯定,有利于恢复患者心功能,缓解临床症状,且不良反应较少。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiangdan Injection combined with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods Sixty patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the emergency department of Shangrao Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group,using a random number table method.On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group received treatment with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets,while the observation group received combined treatment with Xiangdan Injection in addition to the treatment received by the control group.Both groups underwent a treatment course lasting 4 weeks.After two treatment courses,the therapeutic effects,time of symptom improvement(dyspnea,shortness of breath),traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,changes in cardiac function indicators(LVESD,LVEF)and inflammatory factors(TNF-α,IL-6,hs-CRP,and APN)before and after treatment,as well as adverse reactions,were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than that in the control group at 70.00%(χ^(2)=7.680,P=0.005).The disappearance time of dyspnea and shortness of breath in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,both groups showed a decrease or reduction in LVESD and levels of TNF-α,IL-6,hs-CRP,and APN,and an increase in LVEF compared to before treatment.Moreover,the degree of decrease,reduction,or increase in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The overall incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.66%,which was lower than the 30.00%in the control group(χ^(2)=5.455,P=0.020).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of combining Xiangdan Injection with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in the treatment of coronary heart disease is commendable.It is beneficial for restoring patients′cardiac function,alleviating clinical symptoms,and has fewer adverse reactions.
