铁路客站预制装配式站台雨棚结构设计

摘要 以白银南站的装配式站台雨棚结构设计为切入点,介绍了装配式结构构件的拆分。对于装配式构件的节点连接,采用在现浇构件端部设置钢筋混凝土牛腿,并在牛腿顶面布置板式橡胶支座的方式来实现。通过多遇地震及罕遇地震作用下的结构计算分析,验证了该工程设计满足“小震不坏,大震不倒”的抗震设防目标。最后,通过设置防落梁及变形缝处附加防水层的方式,既解决了地震作用下预制梁体与现浇构件间的碰撞及坠落问题,又避免了变形缝处屋顶渗漏,达到良好的实用效果。 This paper takes the structural design of prefabricated platform canopy of Baiyin South Railway Station as the start point,and introduces the disassembly of prefabricated structural components.For nodal connections of fabricated components,the reinforced concrete corbel is set at the end of cast-in-place components and the laminated rubber bearing is arranged on the top of the corbel to realize the connection.Through the structural analysis under the action of frequent and rare earthquakes,it is verified that the design of the project meets the seismic fortification goal of"no damage in frequent earthquakes,no fallen in rare earthquakes".Finally,by setting the anti-falling beam and additional waterproof layer at the deformation joint,the problemof collision and falling between the prefabricated beams and the cast-in-place components under the earthquake is solved,the roof leakage at the deformation joint is avoided and good practical effect is achieved.
