预制T梁外观质量问题及解决措施探讨

Discussion on the Appearance Quality Problems of Precastt-Beam and the Solving Measures

针对预制T梁外观问题,详细分析了混凝土原材料和生产、梁体模板安装和拆除、混凝土浇筑和养护的现状,通过严格控制混凝土原材料质量,优化混凝土配合比,固化T梁模板的选型、安装及拆除过程,细化混凝土的浇筑、养护过程等方法,使T梁混凝土外观得到了较好的提高,在十巫北高速预制T梁的施工生产中得以应用,并取得了较好的应用效果。

In view of the problems existing in the appearance quality of precast T-beam,this paper analyzes in detail the present situation of the concrete rawmaterials and production,the installation and demolition of the beam body formwork,the concrete pouring and maintenance,and by strictly controlling the quality of the concrete rawmaterials,the concrete appearance of T-beam is improved by optimizing the concrete mix proportion,the selection,installation and removal of the solidifiedT-beamformwork,and refining the concrete pouring and curing process,it has been applied in the construction of precast T-beamof Shiwubei high-speed,and has obtained a good application result.
