大机作业方式对重载线路轨道结构状态和安全性影响

Influence of Large-Scale Maintenance Machine Operation Mode on Track Structure State and Safety of Heavy-Haul Railway

摘要 以某重载铁路曲线段为例,建立了货车-轨道耦合动力学模型,并结合大型养路机械捣固作业前后的实测数据,分析了不同作业方式对列车运行安全性、轨道沉降趋势、道床密实度和道床横向阻力的影响。研究结果表明,作业后列车以60km/h速度运行时的脱轨系数远低于限值,列车具备充足的安全储备,四捣三稳作业后的货车运行安全性优于三捣两稳作业。 This paper,using a specific curved section ofa heavy-haul railway as an example,establishes a coupled dynamics model for freight trains and tracks.Combined with practical measurements taken before and after tamping by large maintenance machinery,it analyzes the effects of different operation methods on train safety,track settlement trends,ballast compaction,and lateral resistance of the track.The research findings indicate that simulation results show that the derailment coefficient when trains run at a speed of 60 km/h after the operation is much lower than the limit value,indicating sufficient safety margin for train operations.However,the safety of freight train operations is better after the"four tamps and three stabilizations"method compared to the"three tamps and two stabilizations"method.
