研究了钢结构桥梁加工安装施工技术要点,在掌握钢结构桥梁发展现状的基础上,从施工技术准备、单元加工制造、构件组装技术、焊接工艺技术、涂装工艺技术等方面出发,分析了钢结构桥梁加工制造技术要点,同时,强调了现场安装作业技术要点,有利于提高钢结构桥梁制作与安装水平。

This paper studies the technical points of steel structure bridge processing and installation,and analyzes the technical points of steel structure bridge processing and manufacturing from the aspects of construction technology preparation,unit processing and manufacturing,component assembly technology,welding technology and painting technology on the basis of mastering the development status of steel structure bridge.At the same time,the technical points of on-site installation are emphasized.It is helpful to improve the production and installationlevelofsteel structurebridge.
