摘要
针对长距离全断面硬岩地层掘进工况下,盾构刀具易发生磨损失效,缩短刀具工作寿命的问题,结合穗莞深城际铁路机场站-固戍工作区间,分析9 m级泥水盾构机掘进过程中,刀具磨损的基本规律以及磨损失效的原因。为延长盾构刀具的使用寿命,基于硬岩地层下刀具磨损的基本规律,从刀具更换标准、刀具防松装置、刀具零部件替换以及刀具耐磨工艺等多方面加以改进,提出一系列减少刀具磨损的有效措施。
Aiming at the problem that shield cutters are prone to wear failure and shorten their working life under the driving condition oflong distance full section hard rock stratum,the basic rules of tool wear and the causes of wear failure during the driving process of9 m class mud shield machine are analyzed in combination with the working section from Airport station to Gushu of Guangzhou-Dongguan-Shenzhen Intercity Railway.In order to prolong the service life of shield tool,based on the basic law of tool wear under hard rock formation,a series of effective measures to reduce tool wear are put forward from the aspects of tool replacement standard,tool anti-loosening device,tool parts replacement and tool wear technology。
