摘要
为了更有效地利用存量低效和空闲的工业用地,应该充分利用土地资源的潜力,解决工业用地的紧缺问题,优化产业结构,积极探索“工业上楼”的可行性,从而提高容量和效率,并寻找一种适合“工业上楼”的产业空间载体。论文结合实际工程案例,从产业规划、建筑空间设计、工业生产与建筑空间适配性等角度对“工业上楼”进行可行性分析和研究。经研究可知,“工业上楼”模式可以有效节约土地资源,能适应新型产业,该模式是可推广、可复制的。
In order to make more effective use of inefficient and idle industrial land,we should make full use of the potential of land resources,solve the shortage of industrial land,optimize the industrial structure,actively explore the feasibility of“industrial upstairs”to improve capacity and efficiency,and find an industrial space carrier suitable for“industrial upstairs”.Based on actual engineering cases,this paper analyzes and studies the feasibility of industrial upper floors from the perspectives of industrial planning,architectural space design,industrial production and architectural space adaptability.According to the research,the model of“industrial upstairs”can effectively save land resources and adapt to new industries,which can be promoted and replicated.
