石油化工管道设计中基于应力分析的柔性设计探讨

摘要 针对石油化工管道长期运行过程中出现的变形、断裂、穿孔等方面的问题,阐述了管道应力分析的作用和内容,介绍了基于应力分析的管道柔性设计方法,有效减少了管道变形、断裂、穿孔等问题。研究结果表明:通过对石油化工管道展开应力分析,并进行自然补偿、管道走向优化等柔性设计,不仅可以保障化工管道运输的安全性,还能有效提高运输效益。 In view of the deformation,fracture,perforation and other problems of petrochemical pipeline during long-term operation,the function and content of pipeline stress analysis are expounded,and the flexible design method of pipeline based on stress analysis is introduced,which can effectively reduce the problems of pipeline deformation,fracture,perforation and so on.The results show that the stress analysis of the petrochemical pipeline and the flexible design such as natural compensation and pipeline direction optimization can not only ensure the safety of the chemical pipeline transportation,but also effectively improve the transportation efficiency.
