青岛地铁4号线多等级减振预制道床施工技术研究

摘要 青岛地铁4号线在张彭右线设计有216 m的多等级减振预制道床实验段,论文从组合减振单元、道床结构设计、减振等级及调整、自密实混凝土等方面对多等级减振预制道床施工技术进行研究。该道床实验段优化了组合减振单元施工工艺,避免了现场单元组合施工,改进了道床结构设计,采用自密实混凝土,提高了现场施工环境和道床施工质量。 Qingdao Metro Line 4 has designed a 216 m multi-grade prefabricated ballast test section on Zhangpeng right line.This paper studies the construction technology of multi-grade prefabricated ballast from the aspects of combination damping unit,ballast structure design,vibration reduction grade and adjustment,self-compact concrete,etc.In the test section of the ballast bed,the construction technology of the combined damping unit is optimized,the combined construction of the on-site unit is avoided,the structural design of the ballast bed is improved,and the construction environment and construction quality of the ballast bed are improved by using self-compacting concrete.
