摘要
现阶段房地产开发市场中存在“烂尾楼”停工复建项目,为对拟复建的建筑物进行全面质量检测,并及时发现钢筋混凝土工程质量问题点,以便在后期施工中予以修复,论文以某广场复建前检测项目为例,论述了项目质量检测过程,综合使用取芯法和回弹法等两种方法对混凝土的抗压强度进行检测,既降低了取芯法对现有建筑物结构体的损坏,又减少了回弹法的理论误差。
At this stage,there are“unfinished buildings”suspended construction projects in the real estate development market.In order to conduct comprehensive quality inspection on the buildings to be rebuilt,and timely discover the quality problems of reinforced concrete projects so as to repair them in the later construction,this paper takes a pre-reconstruction inspection project of a square as an example to discuss the quality inspection process of the project,comprehensive use of core method and rebound method to detect the compressive strength of concrete,which not only reduces the damage of the existing building structure by core method,but also reduces the theoretical error of rebound method.
