妊娠期糖尿病对母鼠肠道菌群的影响 被引量:1

Influence of gestational diabetes mellitus on intestinal microbiota in female mice

摘要 目的 探究母鼠妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)对其肠道微生态的影响,从微生物角度对GDM的早期预防与早期治疗提供参考。方法 利用高脂饮食联合腹腔注射链脲佐菌素构建GDM模型,采用16S rRNA基因高通量测序技术剖析GDM对妊娠期母鼠肠道微生态的影响。结果 GDM造模后,母鼠肠道菌群发生显著改变,肠道菌群物种多样性显著增加,肠道中厚壁菌门和拟杆菌门比例显著降低,乳杆菌和链球菌相对丰度有下降的趋势,Dubosiella、 Lachnospiraceae_NK4A136_group和Allobaculum等多种条件致病菌丰度有增加的趋势。结论 GDM会导致妇女肠道微生态失衡,增加机体血糖代谢负担,需及时监测和采取有效的干预措施。 Objective To observe the influences of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) on intestinal microecology in female mice. Methods The influences of GDM on intestinal microecology in female mice were analyzed using 16S rRNA gene high-throughput sequencing technology. Results After GDM modeling, the intestinal microbiota of female mice changed significantly, showing that the species diversity of intestinal microbiota increased significantly, the proportion of Firmicutes and Bacteroidetes decreased significantly, and the relative abundance of Lactobacillus and Streptococcus decreased. The abundance of various opportunistic pathogens such as Dubosiella, Lachnospiraceae_NK4A136_group and Allobaculum increased. Conclusion GDM can lead to the imbalance of intestinal microecology and increase the metabolic burden of blood sugar in women, which requires timely monitoring and effective intervention measures.
