目的为解决毒物分析实验室标准物质管理方法不当,经验不足的难题,提高法庭科学毒物分析实验室的标准物质规范化管理水平,本文探讨了CNAS体系下毒物分析实验室标准物质的管理方法。方法本文根据CNAS文件要求并结合本实验室的管理经验,梳理了标准物质的管理流程,重点探讨了第三、四级体系文件中标准物质选择和申购、库存保存、期间核查等环节的管理方法和工作经验。结果为各级毒物分析实验室标准物质的管理工作提供方法参考与借鉴。结论标准物质管理是实验室质量控制和认证认可的重要组成部分,希望毒物分析实验室负责人加强重视,加大人员和时间的投入,努力推动司法鉴定质量和水平的提升。

Objective This article discusses the management methods of reference materials in toxicant analysis laboratory under CNAS systems in order to solve the problems of improper methods and insuficient experiences of reference materials management,improving the standardized management level of reference materials in toxicology analysis laboratory of forensic science.Methods This paper reviews the management processes of reference materials and describes the methods and working experiences of reference materials selection,purchase,inventory and periodical check in the third and fourth level system documents emphatically according to CNAS requirements and combining with our own laboratory management experience.Results It provides method references for the management of reference materials in toxicological analysis laboratories at all levels.Conclusion Since reference materials management is an important part of laboratory quality control and accreditation,hoping the managers of the toxicology analysis laboratory will pay more attention,increase the investment of personnel and time,and strive to promote the quality and level of judicial identification.
