摘要
研究建筑工程造价BIM智能动态控制方法,降低建造成本。通过决策阶段确定最佳设计方案;设计阶段依据确定的设计方案,建立建筑工程BIM模型;施工阶段依据BIM模型制定施工方案,并优化BIM模型;交付运营阶段依据优化后BIM模型,加快工程结算速度,实现造价全过程动态控制。实验证明:该方法可有效动态控制造价全过程。
Research on BIM intelligent dynamic control method for green building project cost to reduce construction costs.Determine the optimal design solution through the decision-making stage;During the design phase,establish a building engineering BIM model based on the determined design scheme;Develop a construction plan based on the BIM model during the construction phase and optimize the BIM model;During the delivery and operation phase,based on the optimized BIM model,accelerate the speed of project settlement and achieve dynamic control of the entire cost process.Experimental results have shown that this method can effectively and dynamically control the entire cost process.
