摘要
物业服务与我国城市居民的日常生活联系异常紧密,高水平、高质量的物业管理服务也成为了房地产销售的重要因素之一。智慧社区作为新时代背景下的创新物业管理服务模式,在降低物业管理服务成本的同时节省人力物力,增加服务质量。基于此,本文首先分析了新奥物业管理有限公司服务现状调查及问题,从而针对性提出物业管理的智慧化与标准化发展策略。旨在为物业公司智慧化、标准化发展提供参考。
Property service is closely related to the daily life of urban residents in China,and high-level and high-quaity property management service has also become one of the important factors in real estate sales.As an innovative property management service mode under the background of the new era,smart community can reduce the cost of property management service,save manpower and material resources,and increase service quality.Based on this,this paper first analyzes the service status investigation and problems of Beijing Xin'ao Real Estate Management Co..Ltd..and then puts forward the smart and standardized development strategy of property management.It aims to provide reference for the smart and standardized development of property companies.
