摘要
为充分利用现有冷热源资源,优化建筑用能结构,打造绿色能源示范站。以某液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas,LNG)接收站建筑供冷采暖工程为背景,设计了1套LNG冷能与温海水余热利用复合系统,为厂前区建筑实现夏季供冷、冬季供暖,并从经济环保角度进行了分析。LNG冷能利用系统搭载光伏发电系统,具有近零能耗特点,全年节省费用69.8万元;以费用年值法计算得海水源热泵的费用年值为114.9万元/a,比燃气锅炉降低20.4万元/a。从环保角度看,复合系统较常规制冷供暖方式,其碳排放量减少了659 tCO_(2) e/a,相当于90272 m^(2)绿化面积的绿植每年吸收CO_(2)的量,产生经济效益3.7万元,全寿命周期内可实现减碳15002 tCO_(2) e,产生经济效益近84万元。因此,该复合系统具备节能、减排、降本的显著优势,有在LNG接收站推广应用的潜力和前景。
To make full use of the existing cooling and heating resources,optimize the energy structure of buildings,and build a green energy demonstration station,this paper,with the cooling and heating project of an LNG receiving station building as the subject,designed a composite system of LNG cold energy and warm seawater waste heat utilization.This system can realize summer cooling and winter heating for the building in front of the plant,and the benefits were analyzed from the perspective of economic and environmental protection.The LNG cold energy utilization system is equipped with a photovoltaic power generation system,featuring near-zero energy consumption,and it can save 698,000 yuan in annual costs.The annual value of a seawater source heat pump calculated by the cost annual value method is 1.149 million yuan,which is 204 thousand yuan lower than that of gas boilers.From the perspective of environmental protection,compared with conventional cooling and heating methods,the carbon emission of the composite system is 659 tons of carbon dioxide equivalent lower annually,equivalent to the annual absorption of CO_(2) by green plants in 90,272 m^(2) green area,and generating economic benefits of 37,000 yuan.The system can reduce carbon emissions by 15,002 tons of carbon dioxide equivalent in the whole life cycle,generating economic benefits of nearly 840,000 yuan.Therefore,the composite system has significant advantages of energy saving,emission reduction,and cost reduction,and has the potential and prospect of promotion and application in LNG terminals.
