慢性肾脏病微炎症状态的研究进展

Research progress on micro-inflammatory state of chronic kidney disease

微炎症状态在慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)患者体内普遍存在,其产生的机制受多种因素调控,是导致患者出现各种并发症的一种非显性炎症状态。本文结合了CKD微炎症状态的研究成果,综述了微炎症状态给CKD患者带来的临床不良影响,并总结目前具有实用性的评估指标及相关针对性治疗措施,为临床工作中认识微炎症状态、治疗CKD提供新思路。

Micro-inflammatory state is commonly present in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD),and its mechanism is regulated by multiple factors. It′s a non-dominant inflammatory state that can lead to various complications in patients. This work will summarize the clinical adverse effects of micro-inflammatory state on CKD patients, the current practical evaluation indicators and relevant targeted treatment measures by combining the previous research results on the micro-inflammatory state of CKD, to provide new ideas for the understanding of the micro-inflammatory state and the treatment of CKD in clinical work.
