大跨度钢框架连廊安装技术

摘要 潇河国际会展中心北展通往南展的钢框架连廊由8根钢管混凝土柱通过球形支座支撑,连廊由两侧H型钢桁架、楼面H型钢梁、屋面H型钢梁、屋面支撑体系组成钢框架结构。针对安装期间场地内地面承载力较低的情况,采用高空简化单元安装+补装技术,通过设置临时支撑架形成稳定的高空简化单元后卸载,利用已形成的单元结构作为受力支撑,补装其余构件,达到减小临时支撑架用量及吊装机械吨位,进而降低安装成本的目的。 The steel frame corridor from the north exhibition hall to the south exhibition hall of Xiaohe International Convention and Exhibition Center is supported by eight concrete filled steel tubular columns through spherical bearings.The corridor is composed of H⁃shaped steel truss on both sides,floor H⁃shaped steel beam,roof H⁃shaped steel beam and roof support system.According to the low bearing capacity of the ground during the installation period,the high⁃altitude simplified unit installation and filling technology is adopted.By setting the temporary support frame to form a stable high⁃altitude simplified unit and unloading,the formed unit structure is used as the force support to supplement the remaining components,so as to reduce the amount of temporary support frame and the tonnage of hoisting machinery,and then reduce the installation cost.
